Shirley was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, ON where she accepted Christ as her Saviour at age 11 and was added to the fellowship of Sault Ste. Marie Gospel Hall. Shirley has been in fellowship with assemblies at Highbury Avenue Gospel Hall (London, ON); Assemblee Christiani Evangelico (Torino, Italy) and Milton Gospel Hall (Milton, ON). Shirley has been active in ministries at each assembly of which she has been a part. |
Shirley obtained a B.A. in Business from the University of Western Ontario (London, ON) in 1975, and a B. Ed. from the University of Western Ontario in 1976. Shirley also has earned certificates as a teaching specialist from the Ontario Ministry of Education and as an instructor in English as a second language.
Shirley has spent her whole career teaching business subjects and English as a second language for the Peel Board of Education (Mississauga, ON), Middlesex County (London, ON), the British School of Turin (Torino, Italy) and Fanshawe College (London, ON). Shirley and her husband Ross live in Mississauga, ON and have two grown sons. |
Shirley is responsible for the financial management and administration surrounding all Stewards Canada assets and liabilities.
